CREATIVE DIVISION

Our business scope does not just stop with Web design, but all also includes a wide variety of other kinds of “design”, including the development of real-world products, in-house EC management, and real-world shop expansion. Naturally, if you would like, you could be involved with these projects. Everything comes down to your Web design talents. Job Openings
Producer
Supervises the entire project. Shoulders the responsibilities of a leader, such as negotiating with clients, to ensure that the project is
successful.
Director
Ensures the success of the project, by gathering together design staff members from the design proposal stages, making sure a balance is kept between the demands of progress management / the client and the workplace throughout the entire project, as well as managing quality and delivery dates.
Art Director / Designer
Mainly responsible for visual designs, such as the interface design and graphic design. May be asked to participate from the design stages.
Technical Director / Interaction Designer
Responsible for implementation tasks via HTML/CSS/Javascript. Those who also actively use other programming languages such as Flash, are preferred. May be asked to participate from the design stages.
Part-Time Assistant
Provide support to various areas. You will be judged based on potential, so no business world experience is required. Becoming a full-time employee is possible depending on performance/contributions.

Planner
Responsible for the drafting / implementation of projects and plans that will lead to the success of existing businesses. Additionally, responsible for further company-wide advancement through the amassment of collaborations and partnerships with other companies.
Director
Responsible for the design/management of EC sites from a marketing point of view, as well as for taking part in store management.
Additionally, responsible for leading all projects to success, while reviewing plans, and managing delivery dates and quality.
