株式会社ニード（所在地：東京都渋谷区　代表取締役 飯島理）は、2016年3月7日(月)
に港区芝大門にて開業した都市型商業施設『GEMS大門（ジェムズだいもん）』の3階にて、新業態となるクラフトビアレストラン「ON THE TABLE by Goodbeer faucets（オンザテーブル バイ グッドビアフォウセッツ）」をオープンいたしました。 On March 7th, ON THE TABLE by Goodbeer faucets opened on the third floor of "GEMS Daimon", a market-style restaurant complex in Daimon, Minato-ku. This craft beer restaurant is a brand new kind of offering, that focuses on creating a casual space for you to enjoy food along with the best, craft beers, made by brewers from all over Japan and across the world.

和のスタイルを取り入れた新感覚のパエリアや、ひとくち食べるとまたひとくち、と思わず尾を引いてしまう味わいに、締めのリゾットまで楽しめるムール貝のクラフトビール蒸しなど、種類豊富な美味しいお料理と世界中のクラフトビールのマリアージュをご提案いたします。
また、ランチタイムは全てのメニューにミニクラフトビールが無料でセットに。ミニビールがお飲み頂けない方にはこだわりのナイトロコールドブリューコーヒーをはじめ、ソフトドリンクをご用意しております。 ■Cuisine that's Centered on Sense and Variety
The menu features a line up of dishes made with carefully selected, seasonal ingredients. Their worldly menu highlights rich flavors and a perfect marriage of craft beers from around the world, like Paella infused with a Japanese-style twist, mussels steamed in craft beer and finished with a risotto you'll keep going back for bite after bite. In addition, all items on their lunch menu come complete with a free, miniature craft beer. For those who don't want a mini-beer, they've even got a selection of popular drinks like cold brew coffee and soft drinks.

Goodbeer faucets has a line up of 25 craft beer varieties, including domestic beers and the best staples and special brews from popular overseas breweries. Once a barrel is finished, a new barrel is opened to ensure that you can always enjoy new, and high-quality beer. They also have a selection of 7 standard brews that you can only taste at any of the different "Goodbeer faucets" locations.

■京都醸造とのコラボレーションビールを開発
オープンに伴い、京都醸造とのコラボレーションビール『夢幻ダークセゾン』を開発しました。黒ビールのような見た目ながら、セゾンスタイルの軽めの飲み口が特徴。苦味の強いイメージの黒ビールが苦手な方にこそ、是非味わっていただきたいビールです。
