We continued to design the regular recruitment website for Shueisha, a general publisher that produces various cultural publications such as comics, magazines, books, and digital content, from the fiscal year 2022 to 2024.

Each year, we design the recruitment website based on the ideas of new employees, and the theme for this time is "Now, Beyond Imagination."

The main visual expresses the concept of stepping out of the box of imagination and represents elements beyond imagination — the unknown, hope, thought, and ideas— using amorphous, fluid motifs.

In the content section, which features highlights such as interviews with editorial staff for the long-beloved magazine and this year's big hit manga, we've chosen a graphic with depth and bright, playful, pop colors. By using gradients, we've designed it to convey an image of free thinking that is not confined by conventional boundaries.
